By installing and using SLA Pulse for Jira ("the App"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
PulseRook grants you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App in accordance with the terms of this agreement, the Atlassian Marketplace Terms, and Atlassian's Forge platform terms. This license is for your organization's use only and may not be transferred, sold, or sublicensed.
You may use the App to monitor SLA compliance in your Jira projects, generate reports and export data for internal use, configure SLA rules specific to your team, and connect Slack webhooks for notifications.
You may NOT reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; copy, modify, or create derivative works; use the App to compete with PulseRook or Atlassian; circumvent security or access controls; or use the App to store or process data unrelated to Jira issues.
Pricing: SLA Pulse for Jira, powered by PulseRook is billed through Atlassian's standard Marketplace pricing model, which scales with the number of users on your Jira site. Current rates are always shown on the app's Atlassian Marketplace listing page before purchase. A free 30-day trial is included for all new installs.
Billing: Billing begins on the date the trial expires. Charges are billed to your Atlassian account in accordance with Atlassian's Marketplace billing cycle (monthly or annual, as selected at purchase).
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Atlassian account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
The 30-day free trial includes full access to all features, begins on installation, and ends on day 30, after which paid billing begins at the rate shown on the Marketplace listing for your site's user count. You can cancel before day 30 with no charge.
PulseRook may terminate your license if you violate these Terms, engage in unauthorized use, or fail to pay charges after notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately, and all configuration data will be deleted per Atlassian Forge's lifecycle. Uninstalling the App from the Marketplace automatically terminates this agreement.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PulseRook disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. PulseRook does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, that predictions are 100% accurate, that the App will catch every potential SLA breach, or specific uptime or availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PulseRook is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of data, revenue, or profits; business interruption; or any damages exceeding the total fees you paid in the 12 months prior. This includes damages arising from breach of contract, tort, or negligence.
You agree to indemnify PulseRook from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App in violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or your Jira data or configurations.
Your data remains yours. PulseRook does not own, claim, or sell your Jira data or configurations. Upon uninstalling the App, all stored configuration (SLA rules, Slack webhooks) is deleted within 30 days per Atlassian's retention policy.
PulseRook may add, modify, or remove features at any time; change pricing in accordance with Atlassian Marketplace policy; or discontinue the App with 90 days' notice. Material changes that degrade functionality will be communicated via email.
Email support is included with all subscriptions via [email protected]. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflicts of law. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or arbitration.
These Terms, combined with PulseRook's Privacy Policy and the Atlassian Marketplace Terms, constitute the entire agreement and supersede any prior understanding.
